Prices and Terms

We offer the usual net 30-day payment period. You will receive a statement of all charges on the last day of the month, or shortly after. All charges will appear on the statement along with the patient name and date billed. All amounts are due and payable on or before the 10th day following.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for those clients who wish to accumulate Sky-Miles or free merchandise from various retailers. If you choose this method, we deduct 10% from the statement. Payments must be authorized by phone by the 3rd day of the month.

For C.O.D. payments, please deduct 10% and send a check with the case to recieve free return shipping.
